Saints, Sea and Sun ist ein Musikprojekt, das auch unter Einsatz der Praxis der Improvisation die Sprache des Jazz mit den Atmosphären und Farben der Musiksprachen verbindet, die in den Anrainerstaaten des Mittelmeerbeckens entwickelt wurden. Viel Musik, die mit oft geteilten kulturellen Traditionen verbunden ist und deren Wurzeln in einem Terrain liegen, das den Geist und die künstlerische Ausdruckskraft der Völker Südeuropas und Nordafrikas stark prägt.
Saints, Sea and Sun is a musical project that also uses the practice of improvisation to combine the language of jazz with the atmospheres and colours of the musical languages developed in the countries bordering the Mediterranean basin. A lot of music that is linked to often shared cultural traditions and whose roots lie in a terrain that strongly characterises the spirit and artistic expression of the peoples of Southern Europe and North Africa.
